Shipping Policy
Thanks for shopping with Goodnight Nashville Merch! Here's what you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Order Processing
Most of our merchandise is made to order — printed, decorated, or assembled after your purchase is placed. Standard order processing takes 3–7 business days before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Larger drops, limited-edition releases, pre-orders, and peak-season orders (CMA Fest, holidays, major event weekends) may require additional processing time. Estimated ship windows for these items will be noted on the product page.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer the following options for domestic (U.S.) orders:
- Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days in transit after processing
- Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days in transit after processing (where available)
International shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout where available.
Please note: Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Total delivery time = processing time + transit time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to populate after you receive the notification.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@hbh.studio with your order number and we'll look into it.
Shipping Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not able to make changes to an address once an order has been accepted. Orders returned to us due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses — or packages marked as delivered but reported missing at a valid address — are not eligible for refund or reshipment. If the package is returned to our facility, we can reship at the customer's expense.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once we hand your order to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfers to you.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package is stuck or hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email hello@hbh.studio with your order number and we'll help file a carrier investigation.
- Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the "delivered" scan and we'll assist with a carrier claim. Resolution is subject to carrier investigation outcomes.
- Damaged in transit: If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and email hello@hbh.studio within 7 days of delivery. See our Return Policy for more details.
International Orders, Duties, and Customs
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery.
Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs. In either case, the order is not eligible for refund.
International transit times vary widely based on destination country and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions (weather, strikes, operational issues)
- Customs and import processing
- Incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
- Peak season carrier volume
We'll do everything we can on our end to get your order out the door quickly, but once it's with the carrier, transit is out of our hands.
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Restricted Addresses
We ship to most U.S. P.O. Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are supported via USPS where available. Some expedited and international carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes — if this applies to your order, we'll contact you for an alternative address.
